Hello, I am a Senegalese PhD student in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Montpellier, working at INRAE within the UMR TETIS laboratory since November 2024. My research focuses on leveraging Large Language Models and Knowledge Graphs for geospatial information extraction from textual data to improve food crisis monitoring and detection in West Africa.
I am supervised by Maguelonne Teisseire (Research Director at INRAE) and Sarah Valentin (Researcher at CIRAD).
